Using TechCulture

User-Generated Content (Comments)
- You are responsible for what you post.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful content.
- We may remove comments or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
AI Features
TechCulture provides AI tools (such as Explain, Simplify, Key Takeaways, and Industry Impact) intended to help you understand content. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.
- AI features may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable.
- AI features may send your prompt and relevant article context to an AI provider to generate responses.
- We may store AI interaction history to maintain continuity and improve your experience.
Acceptable Use
- No attempts to bypass authentication, authorization, or usage limits.
- No scraping, mass downloading, or re-hosting of TechCulture content or data without permission.
- No spamming, phishing, or malicious activity.
Availability and Changes
TechCulture is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, AI summaries, or AI insights.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- TechCulture content is for informational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechCulture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
